The Urban Decay Naked palettes need no introduction! Staying in India, we can only lust over these. It is very difficult to get your hands on these bad boys, & when we actually get a chance we may not give in, as they are so expensive (happened to me)!
Makeup Revolution is a UK based cosmetic brand, which took out the exact replica of Urban Decay Naked 1,2 & 3. Now I have never used UD palettes, but beauty bloggers around the world have established the fact that Makeup Revolution Iconic Palettes are the best dupes of the UD Naked Palettes. And I totally believe them!
Makeup Revolution Iconic 2 has stuck to beautiful natural shades, such as brown, bronze, taupe, golden and they have thrown in a smokey black too! The matte shades are a little less pigmented than the shimmery ones, but I wont say that they are not pigmented at all. The shimmery and pearl shades are fantastically pigmented. They spread like butter and have amazing color pay off.
Have a closer look :)
Overall, I am very impressed with this Palette. It has shades which are easily wearable in our day to day life. I was really worried as to whether the Iconic 2 would show up on Indian skintone or not, as I had heard that Naked 2 had the most soft & subtle shades, but I was happy to see that this Palette didn't fail me.
I am so excited to try these eyeshadows, I will be posting an eotd soon..wait for it!
