Avocado Hair Mask DIY

Hey lovelies,

Winters bring cozyness, love, christmas and lots of hair problems for me! My hair fall tends to increase alot during this season. A big reason for the hairfall is drynesss and dandruff. Thats why I mostly opt for anti dandruff hair products.Avocado has been used since ages for hair strengthening and growth. I like to mix it with the nourishing coconut oil and create a hair mask for deep conditioning. The mask instantly reduces dryness, and adds shine to the hair.

Step 1- Mash 1 ripe avocado in a bowl.

Step 2- Take a nourishing hair oil.  I have used my homemade curry leaf and coconute hair oil. The oil has amazing benefits such as hair growth.

Step 3- Add oil to the mashed avocado so that it makes a thick paste.  This is a deep conditioning hair mask so make sure the paste isn't too watery.

Step 4- Use a blender or whisker to make a fine paste of the mix. This step is important because the smoother the concoction the easier it will be to wash off.

Your Avocado Hair Mask is ready! Leave the hair mask for half an hour and then wash off.

"Avocado is known to be rich in vitamins and has great scalp repairing properties. This buttery fruit not only helps in contrlling hair loss but also aids in hair growth. When combined with a hair oil of your choice it becomes a deep conditioning hair mask for dry brittle hair, adding moisture and hydration to your scalp."
